Account info (name, email, phone), pickup addresses, photos you upload, payment method (via Stripe; we don't store card numbers), driver ID and vehicle info, location while you're driving on the platform, and platform usage data.
To match you with a Buddy or a job, price jobs accurately, route drivers, process payments, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
The other party in a transaction (a Buddy sees your address and photo; a customer sees the Buddy's name, rating, and vehicle). Service providers (Stripe for payments + identity, Twilio for SMS, Vercel for hosting, our email provider). Government authorities when legally required.
Account data: kept while your account is active plus 3 years for tax and dispute records. Photos: kept 90 days after the pickup is complete, then deleted. Aggregate anonymized data may be retained longer.
You may request a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it by emailing privacy@junkbuddy.io. We respond within 30 days.
